I was working Downtown Moorpark on a Tuesday afternoon when a guy flagged me down near the Civic Center area. He wasn't my call, just someone who saw the van and took a shot.

He said the number he'd been quoted earlier was high enough that he'd put it off. I kept it vague on what I charged him but he called it fair before I even pulled away.
