She was at a wine bar in the Wilson neighborhood of Oxnard when someone lifted her clutch purse off the back of her chair. Keys, ID, cards, all of it gone at once. She borrowed a phone, called the police, then her husband, then me.

Her 2020 Lexus IS was sitting in the parking lot with zero keys in existence. Her husband had already called the dealer.
