Swap the CR2032 first, make sure it seats flat and the contacts are clean, and retest. If that does not fix it, the remote portion of the key may need to be reprogrammed to the body control module, or the fob itself has failed. That is a different job than an all-keys-lost scenario and usually a quicker one.

I bought a replacement remote head key online. Can I program it myself or do I need a locksmith?
