A plumber called me from his apartment carport near High Street in Moorpark one morning. He had a 2000 Jeep Wrangler and his only key was getting flaky. Some mornings it started right up. Other mornings the security light on the dash would blink and the engine would crank but refuse to catch. Classic SKIM intermittent read.

I pulled out my Y159 Lishi, decoded his door lock right there on the driver's side, and cut a fresh transponder key with a new PCF7936AS chip. Programming through the OBD-II port with the SKIM took about 20 minutes.
He turned the key, engine caught first try, no security light. He just nodded and started loading his pipe fittings. Had his first call by 8:30.
