A guy pulled off onto the shoulder of the 101 outside Oxnard, somewhere between the harbor exits, and called me. His 2023 Jeep Wrangler had gone dark on him mid-trip. Fob wasn't responding, push-button start wasn't registering, and he had a client meeting in two hours that he was already mentally writing off.
