A guy over in the J Street Corridor in Port Hueneme had just bought a used 2010 Highlander off Craigslist. Decent car, fair deal, came with one key. The seller told him to just get a spare cut at a hardware store and sent him on his way.

He called me a few days later, a little confused. The hardware store told him they couldn't do it. He didn't know there was a difference. Most people don't until someone explains it to them.
