Call came in at 5:50 in the morning from a guy near Ventura Botanical Gardens. Warehouse worker, shift starting at six. His 2020 Chevrolet Colorado Work Truck had a flip key with a B119 blade, and the blade snapped clean off inside the ignition cylinder that morning. You could hear it in his voice. Hands-on time was about 25 minutes. I cut him a backup transponder key for the glovebox too, so he would not be in this spot again.
