There's a stretch on Gonzales Road near Windsor North where I've done three or four calls in the same apartment complex over the years. This one was a little different.
A mom called from the River Ridge side of the neighborhood on a Monday afternoon. Her 2003 Lexus ES had been sitting for two days.
