Out in Peninsula Park in Oxnard, a guy with a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport lost his only smart key somewhere between the water and the parking area. He spent a solid half hour retracing his steps, checking with people nearby, turning out every pocket. Nothing.

I used my B111 Lishi to pick the door lock and decode every wafer position for an exact blade cut. The C6 door lock is clean to work with once you get past the trim panel surround. Then I connected through the OBD port and ran the full all-keys-lost security relearn. On the 2012 Corvette that means a PK3+ theft deterrent relearn cycle through the BCM, which clears any previously registered keys and writes the new transponder as primary.
His new M3N5WY7777A started the car on the first try. I cut him a second key on site so he would not end up back in the same spot.
The whole job took about 45 minutes. He stood there watching the LS3 fire up and just kind of exhaled. Not a word for a few seconds.
Dealer route on these would have meant a tow plus a VIN-ordered key plus a wait measured in days, not minutes. He drove home from that same lot with two working keys in his pocket for a fraction of what they would have charged.
