A guy near Santa Barbara City College called because he was down to zero working keys for his 2005 Equinox. He had one key left, but the transponder had stopped communicating. The engine would crank and immediately stall, classic PK3+ rejection. The SECURITY light on the dash was flashing steady.

No 30-minute relearn needed because the clone carries the same encrypted value the BCM already recognizes.
Built his LHJ011 remote from a new shell, dropped in a fresh CR2032, and programmed all three buttons, lock, unlock, and hatch. Tested every function from 30 feet away and then from inside the car.
The whole thing took about 35 minutes. He drove off to class. No tow, no dealer lot, no waiting on backordered parts. Just a working key, done on the street, for a fraction of what they wanted.
