A call came in from Cathedral Oaks, out in Goleta, around mid-morning on a weekday. The owner of a 2007 Suburban had two keys. One snapped at the bow, the plastic head gone, just a bare blade. The other one he'd been using as a spare for so long he wasn't sure it ever worked right.
